Cancellation

As an intimate property with limited room inventory, we must adhere strictly to the following cancellation policies:

A reservation may be cancelled seven (7) days prior to the reservation date at no fee.

A reservation cancelled four(4) to seven (7) days before the reservation date will be charged 50% of the first night's reserved room rate.

A reservation cancelled within three (3) days of the reservation date will be charged one night's room rate.

No shows or guests checking out before the last day of their reservation will be charged the entire reservation amount.

Minimum Stays

A two-night minimum stay is required.

Children

The Lightner Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast is furnished with antique furniture and fine arts and many guests choose us for its elegance and quiet atmosphere.  As the innkeepers, we have a responsibility to assure everyone’s comfort.

Therefore, all Guests must be 12 years and older.  No exceptions.

Pets

Sorry, but we cannot accommodate guest pets.  Service Dogs are welcome with appropriate notice, certification, and licensing.

The Lightner Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast is smoke-free, except for the rear patio next to the Breezeway, the side porch next to the Lincoln room and other outside areas. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed to any guest who smokes within the Bed & Breakfast.

Smoking, vaping and lighted candles are not permitted inside the 159-year old Lightner Farmhouse.
